Rebecca is a Director in Leathwaite’s Global Human Resources Practice based in London. Covering the whole spectrum of HR specialisms at executive level, Rebecca has partnered with leading global, regional and national businesses to source, assess and secure top talent from a range of backgrounds and industries.
Providing strategic solutions via Leathwaite’s Executive Search, Executive Interim and Market Intelligence products, the global HR practice has domain expertise. Rebecca and her team work in partnership with business and HR leaders to help organizations face into a range of business-critical challenges.
Prior to joining Leathwaite in 2012, Rebecca worked at Maze Executive Search and Selection, a financial services infrastructure specialist recruitment firm, where she partnered with her clients to hire mid-level talent into investment banking finance roles.
