Rosie Gibson

Rosie Gibson is a Consultant at Leathwaite. She joined Leathwaite in London before relocating to our New York office.
She delivers executive search and other human capital services to a wide range of global institutions and specialises in placing C-level talent. She has an extensive track record placing executive leaders across the corporate functions, specifically within the legal, compliance, risk, technology, government relations, marketing and communications space.
Rosie works with a broad range of clients and is particularly well networked within regulated sectors. She has been integral in leading and supporting executive search mandates across financial services, consumer markets, technology, and professional services sectors.
Rosie is the Head of the Leathwaite Community and plays a key role in leading Leathwaite’s CSR initiatives through this. She is passionate about mentoring and developing Leathwaite’s associate group and is a founding member of the Leathwaite Academy.
Rosie joined Leathwaite in 2015. Prior to this, she worked in the Houses of Parliament in London, where she undertook varied political research in an MP’s office.
Education
Rosie graduated from Hertford College, University of Oxford, with a Bachelor of Arts in History.
