Technology and Digital

Over the last 20 years we have seen a dramatic evolution of how technology, and its relationship with the business, has changed.

Never before has business value, security and competitive advantage been so clearly driven by an organisation’s technology strategy and its IT leadership.

That’s why we work with CEOs and their leadership teams to find the most commercial, progressive, and transformational Chief Information and Technology Officers for their business. Increasingly, these technology leaders will fully integrate into the business and be recognised as key members of the C-suite.

We also partner with CEOs and their leadership teams to support their more immediate needs for technology leaders. Interim leaders can be used to quickly bridge the talent gap in a competitive technology market by possessing the skills and experience to deliver C-suite line management and/or change management to a business.

We work alongside leading organisations across consumer markets, financial services, professional services, telecoms, technology, industrials, healthcare and life sciences to identify, assess and attract the most appropriate technology leadership with the ability to drive this business growth and transformation.

The global relationships and track record we’ve built over 22 years of advising our clients, mean we have a deep and nuanced understanding of the experience, skills and attributes needed to deliver the technology function of the future – whatever your business.
