We all have a part to play

At Leathwaite, thinking about our people, purpose and the planet isn’t a bolt-on, or a nice-to-have.

It’s a fundamental belief that we all have a part to play in making a difference – to the way we work, the way we operate, the way we think, act, and connect. We’re on a journey to fully embed it into our DNA. That’s why people from across our offices, at all levels, have come together to take seats on our Councils and why we have 100 per cent board support.

From our volunteering days, charitable programs, and internal initiatives, to our company-wide activities, we’re turning our ideas into real-world action.

We’re a certified Disability Confident Leader

  • Are offering at least one activity to get the right people for our business and at least one activity to keep and develop our people
