At Leathwaite, thinking about our people, purpose and the planet isn’t a bolt-on, or a nice-to-have. It’s a fundamental belief that we all have a part to play in making a difference – to the way we work, the way we operate, the way we think, act, and connect. We’re on a journey to fully embed it into our DNA. That’s why people from across our offices, at all levels, have come together to take seats on our Council and why we have 100 per cent board support.
