Ada Lam

Ada is Leathwaite Business Operations Manager based in London. She is responsible for supporting the Global operations leadership team with a particular focus on promoting operational excellence and ensuring collaboration, consistency, and communication across all areas of operations.

Ada joined Leathwaite in 2015 and was previously Asia Business Manager, providing administrative, technology & operations support across both our Hong Kong and Singapore office.

Ada is a passionate advocate and champion for a wide range of internal strategic initiatives including ESG, D&I, CSR and Wellbeing.

Before Leathwaite, she worked in education sector as a Senior Education Consultant, providing guidance and advice to students on their educational development. Ada graduated from Cardiff University with a BSc in Business Management (Human Resources). She is fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
