Mark Treacy

Mark is COO at Leathwaite, responsible for the operational and commercial infrastructure that underpins the firm’s global growth. Based in London, his remit spans technology, operations, legal and compliance, facilities and business support across the firm’s international offices.

His career spans defence and government advisory, management consulting at Atkins, and five years as Chief of Staff, GM and Board Member at RedCompass Labs, a payments consultancy where he helped scale the business through two strategic pivots and built the performance architecture that connected strategy to execution across the firm.

Outside work, Mark’s spare time is largely accounted for by family, including the obligatory taxi duties ferrying his two sons to football and rugby fixtures across the South East.
