Prior to joining Leathwaite, Liam was a Consultant at boutique retained search firm where he completed over 60 successful searches across Financial Services, Technology and Cybersecurity, Aerospace & Defense, Healthcare Services, Lifesciences, Manufacturing, and Hospitality. He has successfully placed a spectrum of C-Level leaders into Public, Private, Private Equity-backed organizations as well as high-growth, Venture-backed companies.

Earlier in his career, spent time at a regional search firm where he worked across financial services and technology with a focus on strategic hires and team buildouts
