Amy Coulstock

Amy is a Consultant in our Global Legal, Risk and Compliance and HR practices based in London. She specialises in partnering with financial services clients and has a strong track record of placing senior risk and compliance talent across both the first and second lines of defence, as well as HR executives across all specialisms and CHROs.
Before joining Leathwaite in 2015, she worked for Pinpoint Partners, an executive search firm focused on placing advisory professionals across corporate finance and M&A into investment banks, consultancies and private equity firms.
Amy plays a key role in the Leathwaite Community, running all employee volunteering and a number of well-being initiatives across the firm. She is passionate about mentoring and developing others and leads training for Leathwaite’s Associate group.
Education
Amy graduated from Exeter University with a BSc in Psychology.
