Reece Shorter

Reece is a Senior Associate at Leathwaite based in the London Office with a focus on the CFO and Private Equity practices.

Having initially joined Leathwaite on the graduate scheme, Reece has spent three years with the business executing on global searches for leading businesses across industries. On Leathwaite’s graduate scheme, Reece spent time with the Legal, Risk and Compliance, Human Resources, Private Practice, CFO, and Commercial functions where he widened his knowledge outside of financial services.

Having spent a year as an Associate within Leathwaite’s Product, Marketing, and Sales practice, and latterly within Leathwaite’s CFO practice as a Senior Associate, Reece brings a breadth of experience delivering on searches across practices as well as a breadth of businesses across EMEA and APAC.
