Kersty is a partner in Leathwaite’s global executive interim business, based in our London office. She is focused on appointing exceptional senior interim talent that drives transformation and value creation, across all sectors and industries, enabling clients to benefit from the experience of candidates with diverse and complementary backgrounds.

Kersty works with organisations looking to drive value creation through the use of technology and digital alongside supporting Private Equity houses with pre-deal due diligence and post-deal integration work.

Kersty completed her MBA at the University of Leeds and hold a BSc in Archaeology at the University of Southampton
