Martha Harvey-Jones

Martha is the co-CEO of Leathwaite, alongside her colleague Tom Pemberton. As co-CEO, she sets the firm’s global strategy and vision and works closely with the whole partnership to ensure the firm is operating and growing in line with its goals and ambitions. In addition to the CEO responsibilities, where Martha has a particular focus on the EMEA & Asia businesses, she also runs the firm’s CFO practice – advising on board-level CFO appointments for public companies, privately owned businesses and private equity portfolio companies.

With many years of experience in this field, Martha has built a deep and broad-ranging network of individuals and long-standing client relationships that recognize her as a critical business partner. Martha’s skill in building exceptional, diverse leadership teams through her genuine and honest approach to executive search is one very much valued by her clients, candidates and colleagues.

Prior to taking on the co-CEO role, Martha was joint leader for Leathwaite’s CFO practice and also its EMEA business. Her Leathwaite career has spanned many years working across the firm’s offices internationally, where she built a unique understanding of diverse cultures and different businesses.  Always striving to drive collaboration and excellent partnership with her clients and colleagues alike,  Martha’s inclusive and authentic approach has also enabled her to help others grow and develop their careers, something she is very proud of.
