Nicola Lake

Nicola is a consultant within Leathwaite’s Professional Services Practice. She supports clients with partner-level executive search, senior functional mandates and due diligence both in the UK and also internationally.

Prior to joining Leathwaite Nicola was a Research Associate working within Retail Financial Services, largely within the FinTech space where she executed on roles at C-Suite, Director and Head’s of level. She relocated to London in 2018, having started her career in Johannesburg where she gained generalist experience across sectors within the South African recruitment market.

Education

Nicola graduated from the University of Witwatersrand with a Masters in Research Psychology.
