Anne Dayton is a Senior Associate in the Global Operations and Technology practice at Leathwaite in New York, where she focuses on executive search and advisory assignments across Technology Leadership, Commercial & Growth, and select board engagements. She brings a global perspective shaped by more than two decades of international leadership experience.
Before joining Leathwaite, Anne held senior roles across the biopharmaceutical industry, the art and luxury sector, and nonprofit cultural institutions. At Christie’s, she served as Chief Operating Officer at Collectrium, leading the global launch of a digital SaaS platform for private collectors and cultural institutions.
Earlier in her career, Anne spent over a decade in commercial leadership roles in the pharmaceutical industry, leading sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams supporting global product franchises. She also served as Director of Institutional Advancement at El Museo del Barrio in New York, the leading Puerto Rican and Latinx cultural institution in the United States.
Anne has lived and worked across Asia, Europe, and Latin America and is fluent in Spanish. She holds dual MBAs from ESADE Business School and Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a BA from Emory University.
