Gordon is the partner that co-leads our Product, Marketing and Sales function that typically drives customer growth, profitability and shareholder returns. Gordon also leads on CEO appointments in Financial Services and leads the global Payments and Fintech sector. He has been with the business for a little over 10 years and started with us as a consultant where he quickly established himself in retail/consumer banking sector in the UK and broader geographies. He bases himself from the London office but lives outside Bath with his family and has a remit that covers UK, USA, continental Europe and historically has worked across Africa.

Gordon’s experience of working across these geographies gives him an appreciation of different cultures and companies and has allowed him to build and evolve relationships across the globe. He builds strong relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues and believes that all are equally important and places a strong emphasis on developing more junior colleagues to progress through their careers. Clients keep coming back to him because of his strong execution ethic.

Gordon is seen as a true partner to many of his clients as they seek advice on how and who they should hire into corporate functions. He has a strong lean towards the role that technology and product play and how this forms next generation CEO leaders.

Joined in 2012 to set up retail banking and associated emerging digital banks. Along with colleagues he has gone onto work with some of the leading high street brands and venture backed business and built and scaled their leadership team
Gordon has sat on a number of panels and often publishes thought leadership articles on his specialist sectors. When not working he can be seen hiking, boxing or cooking and not always in that order.
