Helen Parker(née Prudhoe)

Helen is a Consultant in the Financial Officers practice in New York. She specialises in placing CFOs and their direct reports across North America. Helen has been with Leathwaite since 2018 and was previously a Consultant in the UK and EMEA CFO practice in London. In addition to finance, she also executes on searches in the strategy and transformation field. Helen has partnered with a range of financial services, private equity, professional services and corporate clients. Prior to joining Leathwaite, she spent three years at a boutique search firm where she focused on global searches in the CFO, Strategy and M&A functions. Preceding this, Helen worked in Buenos Aires for two years helping to grow an international recruitment business.

Helen graduated from the University of Nottingham with a degree in Economics with Hispanic Studies.
