Heather Barnes

Heather is a Partner in our global Technology & Digital practice, leading on senior technology, digital and data leadership roles across the consumer, technology, life sciences, energy, and industrials space. Her depth of knowledge and experience over the past eighteen years complements Leathwaite’s longstanding track record in this ever changing, dynamic arena.

A strong advocate of diversity, equality and inclusion, Heather has played a critical role in advising her clients on the evolving technology talent landscape and has been responsible for a number of landmark diverse appointments in a fiercely competitive market.

• Specialises in placing CIOs/CTOs and broader C-level technology, cyber, digital, data, transformation and advisory leadership talent in large-scale corporates and private equity.
• Joined Leathwaite in 2022, previously a Partner with a leading UK boutique search firm and has previously been a key member of the CIO and Board & Culture practices at Korn Ferry, The Miles Partnership, and Boyden respectively.

Holds a Masters in History from the University of Edinburgh.
