The British Diversity Awards are a celebration of the organizations and individuals championing diversity across the UK. The Awards promote the values of equality, diversity and inclusion by rewarding those individuals, organizations and unsung heroes who help to make the world and the workplace a better place for others.

In addition, Holly is the Co-founder of Balance the Board Ltd., a Non-Executive Director of The PM Trust charity, a Member of the Diversity Council for the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC) and an active contributor to the Business Leaders Group for Disability Confident in the UK, where she is Chair of the Communications subgroup.
