He brings four years of executive search experience, having most recently worked as an Executive Search Manager at a boutique firm specializing in senior-level recruitment across corporate functions such as Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and CEO-level leadership. His work has primarily focused on the Consumer and Luxury Goods industries, with additional experience supporting clients in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech sectors.
Throughout his career, Kamil has partnered with both private equity-backed companies and global brands, helping them identify and attract transformative leadership talent. He is known for his thoughtful, research-led approach and commitment to delivering a high-touch, tailored search experience.
