Shona Kundu

Shona is a Consultant in Leathwaite’s Professional Services Practice acting for private practice law firms, big 4 accountancy firms and wider consultancies. She supports clients with partner-level executive search, senior functional mandates and due diligence both in the UK and also internationally.

In addition, Shona delivers corporate governance searches as a member of the firm’s Company Secretary practice. She works closely with FTSE corporate and financial services clients.

Shona joined Leathwaite in 2018 having spent many years working with financial services and professional services clients as well as spending time working in-house at Macquarie Group. Shona started her search career at Whitehead Mann focused on senior investment banking hires. Prior to this Shona qualified and worked as a barrister in London.

Education

Shona graduated from the University of Oxford with a BA(Hons) in Philosophy, Politics and Economics
