A Senior Associate in Leathwaite’s Hong Kong office, Simple is a core member of the global Strategy and Transformation and Commercial and Growth practices. She works with a wide range of financial services, corporate and professional services clients to support their regional and country leadership requirements and has delivered searches in Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Japan, Korea and Thailand. With a strong interest and commitment to ESG, she supports clients with sustainability leadership appointments and is a member of Leathwaite’s ESG Council.
Simple was previously at Taylor Bennett Heyman, a boutique executive search firm specializing in senior corporate communications and public affairs appointments across Asia. She also previously worked as a consultant in a corporate and financial communications consultancy in Hong Kong where she gained insight into the everyday work of communications professionals and was involved in their marketing communications and internal recruitment.
Education
Simple graduated from The University of Edinburgh with MA (Hons) Sociology and MSc (Hons) Education. She is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
