David Power brings over 10 years of global executive search expertise, specializing in C-suite leadership mandates. He joined Leathwaite in 2025 as a Director within the firm’s Global Commercial and Growth Practice. He is also dedicated to strengthening Leathwaite’s relationships across key sectors, including FinTech, Financial Market Infrastructure and Private Equity.

David has a deep understanding of both the Retail and Institutional FinTech sectors, and a proven track record of supporting listed and portfolio firms across the early-stage, growth, and private equity investment phases. Based in Leathwaite’s London office, he serves clients across the UK, USA, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Before joining Leathwaite, David was a Principal at Korn Ferry within the Global FinTech and Financial Markets Practice, where he specialised in executive leadership and non-executive board placements. During his tenure at Korn Ferry (since 2018), he worked across a broad spectrum of sectors, including market infrastructure, exchanges, post-trade services, payments, financial market software, portfolio analytics, data services, and digital/e-commerce platforms.

Earlier in his career, David worked with an international search firm, executing search mandates for Front Office Sales & Trading professionals within global commodity market participants.
