Nicola Lukes

As Leathwaite’s Revenue Operations Manager Nicola supports the alignment of revenue-generating teams and optimizing operational processes to help the firm reach its revenue and growth targets. Reporting to the Managing Partners and the Operations Committee, she ensures consistency across the business as it pertains to business development / revenue growth and client and candidate experience.

Nicola joined Leathwaite in 2013 starting as an Executive Assistant, and then moved into managing operational processes for Executive Interim, as well as the delivery of business initiatives that enhance our client offering.

Education

Nicola graduated from Southampton University in 2009 with a Master of Science in Oceanography.
