Holly Addison joins Leathwaite as Partner and leader in the firm’s global Commercial and Digital practice.
We’re delighted to welcome Holly Addison as a Partner based in London to lead our commercial & digital practice across commerce & industry clients. She brings an extensive track record of partnering with global businesses to source exceptional talent for their most critical commercial, marketing, and digital leadership appointments. Holly will also be a key part of our rapidly growing Board and Non-Executive Director practice.
Holly brings over 25 years’ experience in executive search and talent consulting and is best known for her work with some of the most progressive and transformative consumer, technology, media, retail, and hospitality businesses. Her expertise will play an important role in our ongoing diversification of sector coverage, working in close partnership with Chris Smith, who is leading our growth across a range of sectors including, TMT, healthcare and life sciences, real estate, consumer, and industrials.
Holly is a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion. She has a proven track record of supporting organisations to build diverse boards and senior leadership teams with a view to creating more inclusive cultures. She is a qualified ILM coach and the co-founder of Plan B Mentoring and Balance the Board, a not-for-profit mentoring organisation that supports diverse talent breaking through to Board level. She is also a Non-Executive Director of The PM Trust and an active member of the Business Leaders Group for Disability Confident, where she is Chair of the Communications subgroup.
