Hypatia Kingsley joins Leathwaite as Partner and Head of the Americas
Leathwaite, the functional search specialist, has announced the appointment of Hypatia Kingsley as Partner and Head of the Americas effective 3 June 2024. Hypatia brings over two decades of experience from Spencer Stuart, where she played pivotal roles across multiple geographies. During her time there, Hypatia demonstrated remarkable leadership, notably in her role as the builder and leader of the Greater China business, overseeing operations in Beijing, Hong Kong, and Shanghai. Hypatia returned to the US in 2017 as a partner within the financial services practice, working to build best in class leadership teams for some of the world’s leading financial institutions.
Hypatia’s appointment reflects Leathwaite’s ongoing commitment to attracting top-tier talent and enhancing its position as the leading functional search specialist.
