Heather joins in our global Technology & Digital practices bringing a wealth of experience as a trusted advisor to some of the world’s leading firms. Her depth of knowledge across the technology, digital and data landscape will complement Leathwaite’s twenty year track record in this market and Heather will play a critical role in our continued diversification of our client coverage across markets including consumer, technology, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, and industrials.
Heather was most recently a Partner with a leading UK boutique search firm and brings a stellar track record working with a number of premier executive search and leadership advisory firms. After gaining a Masters in History from the University of Edinburgh, Heather joined the Digital & Technology practice at Boyden before spending a number of years with Korn Ferry and The Miles Partnership in the Information Officer and Board practices respectively.
A strong advocate of diversity, equality and inclusion, Heather has played a critical role in advising her clients on the evolving technology talent landscape and has been responsible for a number of landmark diverse appointments in a fiercely competitive market.
