Leathwaite welcomes Duncan Edwards to their Board as Non-executive Director

Global executive search firm, Leathwaite is delighted to announce the appointment of (John) Duncan Edwards OBE to its Board as Non-Executive Director.

Duncan currently serves as Chief Executive of BritishAmerican Business (BAB), the leading transatlantic trade organization and public policy advocate representing around 500 US and UK companies across all sectors of both economies. BAB functions as both the American Chamber of Commerce in the UK and the British Chamber of Commerce in the USA, making Duncan a highly connected leader on behalf of the organization in New York City, London and Washington DC.

A respected voice on transatlantic relations, Duncan is a regular contributor to policy discussions and a frequent commentator in international media on US – UK business affairs.

Before joining BAB, Duncan spent over three decades in the media industry in both London and New York. His last executive role was as President and CEO of Hearst Magazines International, where he also served on the Hearst Corporation Board of Directors.

In recognition of his contributions, Duncan was appointed an Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) by King Charles III in the New Year Honours List for 2024.
