In October, we’ll host our first BoardTalk event in New York – the launch of a new series. The program will feature a dynamic panel with seasoned directors who’ve served across both settings. Our speakers will explore:
- What independence really means in each context
- Where governance models converge – and where they don’t
- How private company boards differ when you’re there as an independent, not just as an investor
The evening will open with a panel discussion, followed by drinks, canapés, and relaxed networking. It’s an opportunity to connect with peers across the market, share experiences, and hear directly from those shaping the boardroom landscape.
