Tiffany Sword

Entrepreneurial investor and NED with hands-on operational, fund-raising and deal experience.

Having studied architecture at Cambridge, Tiffany went to L’Oréal to get a grounding in FMCG marketing and then secured a job at Bain & Company to broaden her horizons. Before she started at Bain though, she joined Sun Capital Partners “temporarily” and enjoyed private equity so much that she stayed.

Tiffany co-founded Coppa Club in 2015 alongside the Sun Cap team with an ambition to democratise private members’ clubs. Mainly outside of London, there are now 13 Coppa Clubs around the country, and each provides a multi-use café/bar/restaurant/work space for locals to make their own. Tiffany ran Coppa Club for the first few years as MD, then recruited a management team to take it forward. She subsequently led the listing of the wider group on AIM in 2020 at a market cap of £65m, raising £25m for further growth. Tiffany is currently Non-Executive Director of the listed group, Various Eateries PLC.

In 2019, with a vision to create a trusted, high-street physiotherapy brand, Tiffany led an investment into Bodyset. In a culture where exercise and wellness are ever more prevalent but it is hard to know where to go when you’re in pain, Osmond Capital have backed Bodyset’s growth to 38 locations (and counting) and raised £5m in 2022 for further expansion. Tiffany currently supports the management team in a strategic capacity with a focus on honing the high-street concept.

Most recently Tiffany has joined the board of Red Engine, the team behind the award winning ‘competitive socialising’ concepts: Flight Club and Electric Shuffle. Having invested in the concepts in 2017, it is exciting to be part of the next phase of their trajectory.

Tiffany is a creative and strategic thinker and works closely with management teams to get crystal clear on the plan – whether its operational or transactional – and supports them in sticking to it.
