Gus is a Partner and co-leads Leathwaite’s North American Technology & Digital Practice. He is responsible for large corporate relationships and growing the region’s technology and digital offering across sectors. Gus joined Leathwaite with 20+ years of experience managing client relationships and establishing best practices in executive search. He has extensive experience leading global teams and operating in leadership talent roles internationally.
Gus’ portfolio of work is focused on technology leadership engagements across various sectors, including Technology, Financial Services, Consumer, Industrial and Life Sciences. His expertise is with positions which have a technology, commercial, customer and digital component. Primary domain areas include: engineering/architecture, digital/product, data/AI, cloud/infrastructure, security/cyber.
Prior to his current role, he established and led the North American Technology Practice for Korn Ferry’s Professional Search business, which grew to become the largest practice of the division for the firm.
Education
Gus graduated with an Honours degree from Western University and with a diploma in Business Management from Sheridan College. He is an avid soccer coach and former varsity player who enjoys the outdoors and time with family.
