Anne is focused on executive search and advisory projects. Based in New York, she brings a global perspective shaped by two decades of senior leadership experience in the US, Europe, Latin America, and Asia.

Anne joined Leathwaite following a successful career spanning the biopharmaceutical sector, the world of art and luxury, and a mission-driven nonprofit arts organization. She has held executive positions at Christie’s, including Chief Operating Officer of Collectrium, where she led the global launch of a digital SaaS platform for collectors and institutions. Before joining Christie’s, Anne spent over a decade in commercial leadership roles in the pharmaceutical industry, including at Daiichi Sankyo and Schering-Plough, where she led sales, marketing, and clinical collaboration teams. In the nonprofit sector in New York, Anne served as Director of Institutional Advancement at El Museo del Barrio, leading fundraising and advocacy efforts. El Museo is The first and preeminent Puerto Rican and Latinx cultural institution in the United States. She has lived and worked in multiple countries across Asia, Europe, and Latin America, and is fluent in Spanish. Anne holds dual MBAs from ESADE and Thunderbird as well as a BA from Emory University. Anne brings to executive search the ability to assess complex business challenges and work collaboratively to deliver strategically aligned solutions.
