Kate Huggins
Kate is a Partner with Executive Search and Leadership Talent firm Leathwaite, based in London. She specialises in General Counsel and Company Secretary searches working closely with publicly quoted, private and private-equity backed clients across a wide range of sectors. Her client base includes a number of UK Plcs and global corporates. In addition, she leads the firm’s Legal business acting for private practice law firms, big 4 accountancy firms and wider consultancies supporting these clients with executive search, senior functional mandates and due diligence internationally.
Sershen Ingram
Sershen is a Consultant within Leathwaite’s Legal, Professional Services and Due Diligence practice in London. He supports on the execution of General Counsel and Company Secretarial searches, alongside law firm Partner mandates.
