Raising a glass to leadership: highlights from the Women who Wine event

What happens when you bring together inspiring women in leadership, exceptional wine and one of New York’s most iconic views?

Last week, we welcomed senior CHROs and Heads of Talent Acquisition to our New York event space, overlooking the New York Public Library, for an exclusive Women Who Win(e) evening hosted by Emmeline Kuhn.

Designed as an intimate networking experience, the event brought together senior leaders for an evening of meaningful conversation, new connections and exceptional wine.

Led by Lauren McPhate of Tribeca Wine Merchants, guests enjoyed a curated tasting of wines made, owned and led by women. Throughout the evening, Lauren shared the stories, craftsmanship and pioneering leadership behind each bottle, offering fascinating insight into the women shaping today’s wine industry.

Alongside the tasting, guests explored standout vintages, discovered lesser-known wine regions and gained a deeper appreciation for the growing influence of women across the world of wine. The evening also provided a valuable opportunity for CHROs and talent leaders to connect with peers, exchange perspectives and build relationships in a relaxed setting.
