We’re delighted to welcome Tim Dunn to Leathwaite as a Partner, based between New York and Philadelphia. Tim joins the firm to strengthen our growing presence across North America and deepen our partnerships with private equity clients’ operating teams and portfolio companies. Tim will work closely with industrial and business services clients within PE-backed environments and will focus on c-suite leadership. He brings strategic insight, operational expertise, and a passion for solving complex leadership challenges in fast-paced, high-growth settings.

Prior to joining Leathwaite, Tim was a Senior Client Partner at Morgan Samuels Company, having held previous senior roles in family office, medical device sales, and starting his career in the US military where he served with distinction.
