The Lawyer’s in-house Counsel as Business Partner Conference in association with EY took place for a hybrid event in October.
In-house teams are now looking at transforming or rebuilding relationships within the team and the business, focusing on value and the strategy going forward, getting their house in order, taking in what they’ve learned as a team and how the role of legal has changed as a result.
Through keynotes, case-studies, TED talk-style sessions, panel debates and roundtable discussions, the event’s 40+ speakers covered a wide range of topics, covering 3 major areas: individual development, managing the in-house legal function and the business you work for.
