AESC Announces Paul Groce and James Lawrence-Brown as 2021 Council Representatives

Leathwaite’s Paul Groce and James Lawrence-Brown are announced as the lastest AESC Council Representatives for the AESC Council of the Americas and the AESC Council of Asia Pacific and the Middle East.

New York/Hong Kong – February 2021 – The Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC), the global standards-setting body for the executive search and leadership consulting profession, today announces 2021 officers and representatives to the AESC Council of the Americas and AESC Council of Asia Pacific and the Middle East. The Council consists of elected officers and representatives from AESC Member executive search and leadership advisory firms from across the regions.

The Americas:

Julian Ha, Partner at Heidrick & Struggles and based in Washington, DC will serve as Council Chair; David Turner, Managing Partner and President at Kincannon & Reed and based in Phoenix, will serve as Council Vice Chair; Tony Bolliger, Managing Partner and COO at CareerSMITH and based in Orange County, California, will serve as Council Secretary/Treasurer; and Cathy Logue, Managing Director in the CFO & Financial Executives Practice at Stanton Chase and based in Toronto, will serve as Council Chair Emeritus.

In addition, AESC would like to welcome new AESC Americas Council representatives Paul Groce, Partner at Leathwaite and based in New York; Molly Hull, Senior Vice President and Principal at Slayton Search Partners and based in Chicago; Michele James, Founder and President at Avery James Inc. and based in Los Angeles; Nicolás Mora, Managing Director at Equation Partners/ AltoPartners and based in Santiago; and Thayanie Ujino, Managing Partner at FESA Group/ IIC Partners and based in São Paulo.

Asia Pacific and the Middle East:

Louisa Wong, Executive Chair at Global Sage and based in Hong Kong, will serve as Council Chair. Fabrice Desmarescaux, Vice Chair at Eric Salmon & Partners and based in Singapore, will serve as Council Vice Chair.
