Executive Summary
Roisin is Leathwaite’s Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator, supporting our internal hiring and succession planning initiatives, in addition to broader work across the HR function. She joined in 2022, bringing with her experience in talent acquisition both within a technology start-up environment and within operational recruitment. She is passionate about the impact that hiring has on a business, both operationally and culturally and prides herself on the relationships she builds with candidates and stakeholders alike.
