Kay Skiff-Anderson joined Leathwaite in 2022 as Project Manager for Leathwaite’s New York office, primarily working within the technology and operations practice. Prior to Executive Search, Kay spent most of her early career working in hospitality and administration. Kay graduated summa cum laude from Binghamton University with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and a minor in History.
