Holly is a Partner at Leathwaite – the world’s leading executive search and leadership talent specialists for corporate functions – where she chairs their global inclusion council and is co-leads both the Board and Commercial Practices.
She has over 25 years’ experience in executive search and talent consulting, having held senior roles with both Korn Ferry and Odgers Berndtson and is best known for her work with some of the most progressive and transformative consumer, retail, technology, media and healthcare businesses.
Holly is a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion. As both an entrepreneur and business partner, she has a proven track record of supporting organisations to build diverse boards and senior leadership teams with a view to creating more inclusive cultures. She is a qualified ILM Level 5 coach and the co-founder of Plan B Mentoring and Balance the Board Ltd., not-for-profit organisations that support diverse talent breaking through to Board level. She is also a Non-Executive Director of The PM Trust and an active contributor to the Business Leaders Group for Disability Confident, where she is Chair of the Communications subgroup.
Earlier in her career, Holly was the founding Director of a boutique executive search and consulting firm and spent five years working for the Walt Disney organisation in the USA, London and Paris.
