Helen Vowls

Based in London, Helen leads Leathwaite’s global operations and
supply chain practice placing COOs, operations and operating leads across
Europe, North America and Asia. She is also a long established partner within
he firm’s global technology and digital practice, advising on CIO appointments
for public companies, privately owned business and private equity portfolio
companies.

With over 20 years’ experience placing senior functional leaders,
Helen’s initial years were spent leading a wide spectrum of senior technology
search and advisory engagements across the financial services sector,
encompassing banking, hedge funds, Fintech, payments, asset and investment
management, wealth management and insurance. Having returned from maternity leave
in 2011, she led Leathwaite’s interim business before moving back to executive
search in 2016, taking a lead role across UK and EMEA engagements.

Leading the operations and supply chain practice, Helen works with
colleagues across the firm’s global offices and focuses on building honest and
long term relationships with clients. She has an enviable reputation with her
clients, candidates and colleagues of building exceptional teams and being a
trusted advisor to clients across the globe.

Helen’s experience spans CEO, COO, CIO and board positions, with
an authentic and genuine approach to advising on, and building diverse
leadership teams.
