Between June and December 2019, Leathwaite polled in excess of 3,000 global Human Resources (HR) executives currently operating in HR leadership roles across a range of industries.

Respondents included Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs), Heads of Specialist Functions (including Talent, Reward, Learning and Recruiting) and those at the vanguard of HR Transformation (including HR COOs and Heads of Analytics).

The overarching theme of this year’s survey is the dominance of Employee Experience (EX) as a topic. A broad concept that encompasses workplace, culture, wellbeing & engagement among other things, it is clear that this connection between the employee and the organization is uppermost in the minds of HR today.

We are now pleased to release the findings from our fifth annual survey, with this year’s foreword being written by Andrew Berry, World Federation for Mental Health Board Member & Regional Vice President of North America.
