Rob Needleman

Rob supports the execution of global c-suite Transformation, Partner, Advisory and Operating Partner mandates across private equity, professional services, and multinational conglomerates. His background is in executive interim placements where he focused on technology and digital, finance and strategy and transformation talent. Rob is based in London and works across the EMEA region.

Education

Graduating from Bangor University in 2019 with an Honours degree in Zoology, Rob has worked on various conservation research projects in Africa and Asia. Prior to joining Leathwaite, he led a content marketing team in the education sector.
