Key elements & outcomes of the project:

Leathwaite was retained by a leading Re-insurance Broker (with offices located in North America and UK) and backed by a $7bn NY based Private Equity firm.

Prior review of potential back-office process and system efficiencies had already been undertaken by a major consulting firm. Subsequently, Leathwaite successfully pitched to lead the next stages of the project.

Working with the CEO and COO, Leathwaite developed a more forward looking and ‘disruptive’ strategy, with increased business benefits (including cost reductions).

Now the Leathwaite consultant team are performing a vendor selection process for a new broker platform (cloud based and with new client portals), and have delivered a series of quick wins and detailed implementation planning across the broader programme.
