Key elements & outcomes of the project:

Within this project, Leathwaite operated on behalf of an International Wholesale Bank with the programme objective being to significantly reduce footprint in major hubs from 36% to 16%, and to increase off shore footprint from 19% to 74%.

Leathwaite deployed an experienced Transition Management PMO team, who then provided:

  • Governance Structure, Toolkit and Reporting, Training and Support, Planning, Dependency and Tracking, Risk, Issue Reporting, Change Control, Recruitment Tracker, Dashboards by Function, Reporting and MI (including Radar), Benefits (exits) & Cost Tracking.

The team successfully transitioned 400 roles, receiving positive client feedback at all levels.
