Key elements & outcomes of the project:

Leathwaite was retained by a global Tier-1 Wholesale Bank to conduct a complete review of FCC / RC organisation, which entailed analysis of 7,000+ staff located in 71 countries.

The scope of the project included a current state assessment and gap-analysis against Blueprint, plus further benchmark analysis against a select peer-group, including full mapping and analysis of headcount.

Leathwaite subsequently delivered a series of recommendations on best practice, created and integrated of new FCR Services and Process model, ensuring clear accountability and responsibility.

Throughout the programme of works, Leathwaite’s consultants partnered with the COO, Ex-Co and HR to re-structure organisation.

Leathwaite developed and implemented a series of detailed SLAs upon completion.
