Dyslexia affects one in every ten people, impacting individuals within a variety of ways.

A Leathwaite team, made up of staff from several departments within the organisation, are running the Royal Parks Half Marathon on Sunday 9 October: Neil Ejje, Jacky Crisp, Amanda Yarnell, Phil Young, Charlie Tizard, Roisin Hallissey, Lily Tomkins, Calum Nicol, Harry Grant-Thorold and Kevin Matthews, chose the run the half marathon to help raise awareness for those with dyslexia.

Calum Nicol (Leathwaite’s star runner), finished the race in the incredible position of 38th overall – a fantastic achievement. Since completing the Royal Parks, Calum has gone on to run his first ever marathon (London marathon 2017), in which he finished in just over three hours. Well done Calum!
