Base salary

Your annual salary, as confirmed in your employment contract.


You may be eligible for a discretionary bonus payment , depending upon the company’s success and personal and team performance.

Sick pay

If you are off sick you will be eligible for:

  • 1 weeks’ full pay for the first 6 months of employment;

  • 4 weeks’ full pay thereafter, on a 12 month rolling basis


Workplace pension scheme through Legal & General. 3% minimal employee contribution, with 2% ?contribution from Leathwaite.

Maternity, Paternity & Adoption pay, and Shared Parental Leave

  • Statutory and / or enhanced maternity or adoption pay, dependent on tenure;
  • Two weeks’ full paid paternity leave;

Shared parental leave, dependent on tenure
