  • Alesia Haas joins Coinbase, the cryptocurrency exchange, as CFO. She was previously CFO for Oz Management.
  • Greg Sigrist is appointed CFO of Columbia Bank. He was previously CFO for Morgan Stanley Bank.
  • Susan Sheffield is promoted to CFO at GM Financial. She was previously Treasurer.
  • David McLaughlin joins Hiscox, the specialist insurer, as US CFO. He was previously at Fiserv as CFO for Digital Banking, Financial Institutions, and Enterprise Technology.
  • Jan Erik Back has joined Investcorp has CFO. He was previously CFO for SEB, a Swedish banking group.
  • John McCallion is promoted to CFO of MetLife. He was previously Treasurer.
  • Bill O’Donnell is promoted to US CFO for MetLife. He was previously Chief Accounting Officer in the US.
  • Rebecca Rycroft has joined Munich Re as CFO for Canada. She was previously a Senior Principal at Oliver Wyman in the actuarial practice.
  • Kenneth Brause joins OnDeck, the digital lending firm, as CFO. He was previously Treasurer of CIT Group and CIT Bank.
  • Thomas Sipp has joined Oz Management as CFO. He joins from Magis Partners, where he was a Managing Partner.
  • Greg Ivancich has joined Saban Capital Group as CFO. He was previously a Principal at Exeter Property Group, a real estate private equity firm.
  • Caryn Kauffman has been named CFO for the SEC. She was previously interim CFO.
  • Michelle Gill has joined SoFi as CFO. She joins from a brief investment role at TPG Sixth Street Partners, and previously co-lead the Structured Finance business at Goldman Sachs.
  • Allison Dukes has been promoted to CFO at SunTrust Banks. She was previously Head of Commercial and Business Banking.

  • Greg Lewis is appointed VP, Corporate Finance at Honeywell in a transition to the CFO role in August. He was previously VP for Enterprise Information Management.
  • Steve Fieler has been named CFO of HP, effective July 1. Fieler previously led the treasury and corporate finance functions.
  • Joseph Wolk is appointed CFO of Johnson & Johnson. He was previously VP and CFO for the Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies.
  • Roland Caputo is appointed CFO of the New York Times. He has been interim CFO and was previously Executive VP for the Print Products and Services Group.


  • Joachim Müller is appointed CFO at ADFG. He was previously Global Program Director Finance Change at Deutsche Bank.
  • John Paton is appointed CFO at Alpha Financial Markets, joining from HSBC.
  • Matthew Howard moves internally to become Head of Tax EMEA at Credit Suisse. He was previously Head of Tax for APAC region.
  • Kieron Blackburn joins Newbury Building Society as Finance Director. He was previously Finance Director at Ipswich Building Society.
  • Christopher Rees moves internally at Nordea to become CFO. He was previously head of the markets business.
  • Adam Holden joins Northrow Group as CFO. He was previously Finance Director at Tandem Bank.
  • Scott Kennedy joins Swinton Insurance as CFO. He has previously held senior finance roles at Willis Towers Watson, HSBC and BNN Technology.
  • Paul Wilson joins Together Money as Finance Director for Personal Finance. He was previously Finance Director at Leek United Building Society.
  • Neil Sawbridge joins Wyelands Bank as CFO. He previously held a number of senior roles at CIT Group, most recently as CFO.
  • Nikki Fenton is promoted internally from Financial Controller to become CFO at Unity Trust Bank. Fenton is succeeded by Kiran Samra who joins from the Co-operative Bank.
  • James Taylor joins Yoyo as Head of Finance. He was previously Finance Director at Mastercard.


  • Helen Ashton stepped down from her role as CFO at Asos. Asos CEO Nick Beighton will cover her responsibilities for now.
  • Jason Marshall joins Brewdog as CFO from Coca Cola where he was VP of Finance.
  • Carole Ferrand has been appointed by Capgemini as group CFO, joining from Artemis Group where she was Finance Director.
  • Neil Smith joins Drive Electric as CFO, he was previously CFO for Legacy Solutions at GE Capital.
  • Emma Whibley joins Garrets International as FD. She was previously Commercial FD at Deliveroo.
  • Simon Dingemans has announced that he will retire from GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) where he is CFO. His replacement is yet to be announced.
  • Rob Unsworth is appointed CFO at Liberty, joining from Debenhams where he was Finance Director.
  • Jonathan Hill joins Paddy Power Betfair as CFO from Saga where he was CFO.
  • Michael Büker is appointed CFO at Siemens to head up the company’s Middle East’s region. He moves internally from his role as CFO of Siemens Postal, Parcel & Airport Logistics.
  • Matt Smith joins Selfridges as Finance Director. He was previously CFO at Debenhams.
  • Imran Nawaz is appointed Chief Financial Officer of Tate & Lyle. He joins from Mondelēz International where he was Senior Vice President Finance Europe. This is following the promotion of the previous CFO Nick Hampton to CEO.
  • Adam Silver joins Time Out Group as CFO from Just Eat where he was UK CFO.


  • Koo Chung Chang is appointed CFO, Singapore at AIA. He was previously the Chief Strategy Officer and is replaced by Chiew Ai Chin, who was previously Head of Strategy and Transformation.
  • Rob Jesudason resigns from Commonwealth Bank as CFO. He will take on an external role in Hong Kong.
  • Elynn Teo joins GIC as Senior VP Finance, Elynn joins from The Blackstone Group where she was Senior VP, Real Estate Finance.
  • Alistair Chamberlain joins HSBC as Global Head of Product and Actuarial, he joins from AIA where he was CFO, Singapore.
  • Kenneth Rappold joins Manulife as CFO, Asia. He joins from Aviva where he was CFO, Asia.
  • Mark Oh joins Nomura as Head of Tax, Asia ex Japan. He joins from BlackRock where he was Head of Tax, Asia Pacific.
  • Soong Khim Oon joins Swiss Re as CFO Reinsurance Asia, from Aviva where he was Strategy & Transformation Director, Asia.
  • Lawrence Tsang left VISTRA as Group CFO.
