All projects are fully managed and owned by us; each project is clearly defined and agreed; we focus on the delivery of agreed results - not advice.

We have an established reputation for an in-depth understanding of our clients and their Financial Services Business Infrastructure organisations, an unrivalled global network of highly qualified infrastructure specialists and a track record of evolving our business to support changing client needs.

Why you should choose Leathwaite Managed Project Delivery

We deliver projects and solutions for our clients using the consulting methods, insight and global reach more often associated with the large professional services firms, but with deeper practitioner experience and at lower cost.

Experts in Controls:

Our clients told us they want to work in partnership with consulting firms who help them deliver solutions to specific business priorities, using consultants with more hands-on industry experience and at a lower cost than traditional consultancies can provide.

However, they still want the added rigour, quality assurance and ‘value add’ normally associated with the ‘Big 4’ consultancies, and the scale and global reach to meet their needs that most practitioner based boutiques do not offer. They felt Leathwaite was uniquely placed to develop a management consulting practice to meet these needs; and we agreed.

Lisa Gigg

Lisa joined Leathwaite in June 2018 to lead the Managed Project Delivery Business for the company.

Prior to joining Leathwaite, Lisa spent 25 years working at JP Morgan in the Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB), with roles spanning Controls, Regulatory issues, Business & Functional Transformation, Credit Risk, Business Management, Operations and Strategy.

After spending her initial years in various Middle Office functions and projects for Markets, Lisa moved into the Risk function as part of the team driving the transformation programme that developed a “best in class” approach. She concluded her time in Risk as the Business Manager for EMEA and Asia Credit Risk during the 2007 Market crisis, before moving on to build and then establish a new infrastructure for the new loan products within the Global Corporate Bank.

Lisa subsequently moved into the Controls space, where she led global programmes for the CIB which involved creating robust, sustainable solutions to respond to increasing demands of the evolving Regulatory landscape. She was required to work directly with the Regulators and Senior Management to sensitively manage, time critical, challenging commitments.

Many of Lisa’s roles had not previously existed, and she established a reputation for being able to consistently execute against tough business objectives through using her experienced thought leadership and creative problem solving.
