Leathwaite, the global human capital specialist firm, is pleased to announce that Lisa Gigg has joined to lead the Managed Project Delivery (MPD) Division.

Prior to joining Leathwaite, Lisa spent 25 years working at JP Morgan in the Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB), with roles spanning Controls, Regulatory issues, Business & Functional Transformation, Credit Risk, Business Management, Operations and Strategy.

Martin Phillips, founding partner at Leathwaite, said: “We are very pleased to have someone of Lisa’s calibre and experience join Leathwaite to lead the expansion of our Managed Project Delivery Division. Leathwaite has shown exceptional growth across our entire range of Human Capital solutions over the last three years and Lisa’s addition will undoubtedly enable this momentum to continue.”

Leathwaite’s Managed Project Delivery Division was launched in 2015 to enable clients to confidently address the issues they encounter from the increasingly intense regulatory landscape.

Lisa Gigg added: “This is an exciting opportunity to build upon the foundations of the last 36 months, enabling me to apply my experience to drive change and implement best practice within large, complex, global organisations.”

Leathwaite’s fully-tailored, practitioner-led approach has proved extremely popular with clients as it is enabling them to prepare and optimise their organisation to pro-actively manage the disruptive market conditions.

Lisa also highlighted the need to help clients continue to address the diversity issues that are entrenched within their organisations: “With diversity continuing to dominate the agenda, our range of solutions are enabling clients to move the dial and make substantial strides in addressing this key topic.”
