  • Prior to this shey spent time an independent HR Director where she focused on honing her project managing skills through delivering numerous change programmes with clients both inside and out of Financial Services.
  • Her early career was spent working across a range of industries including Law and Insurance in roles that provided a strong grounding in HR principles around organizational development.
